One app, one clear purpose
Vanilla is for photo management. Hazelnut explores document management. Caramel explores everyday AI assistance. Cardamom explores understandable financial information. Only Vanilla is currently in active development.
One shared foundation
Bean Engine provides common work such as requests, jobs, media processing, storage boundaries and evidence. Product-specific runners connect that work to each app.
Explain the system honestly
Documentation separates implemented behaviour, accepted architecture and future direction. A proposal is not presented as a shipped feature, and source inspection is not presented as an end-to-end release test.
AI use should be visible
Where a workflow uses a model, the documentation should identify the model task, the information supplied to it, the result that is retained and the boundary where a person remains responsible.
